The City & Guilds Awarding Body have appointed Global as an approved Learning centre and are able to deliver both Unit 1 and Unit 2 of the National Certificate For Door Supervisors, as required by the SIA (Security Industry Authority)
Unit 1 - Role & Responsibilities of a Door Supervisor
Consists of 15 hours of training including a written examination consisting of forty multiple choice questions. The course includes the following topics:-

Consists of 15 hours of training (Scenario based) including a written examination consisting of forty multiple choice questions. You will be required to watch video clips before answering questions. The course includes the following topics:-

| Avoiding Conflict | Defusing High Risk Conflict |
| Customer Service Skills | Learning from Conflict |
All Global trainers have extensive experience of Door Supervision. This means that the course has real life practice and answers to all situations.
Training can be carried out on site or at our own training and examination facility in Chester.
